It might be cool and damp but we're hardy souls up here in the northland. Get yourselves moving this week and remember to ride your bike to the bikeshop for a pedal powered smoothie break. Every week day this week till 5pm Saturday 10 - 3. Build your own/pedal your own smoothie. Come give it a try.

It's time for the 2012 Bike Safety Rodeo! 

Youth and families are invited to attend the Rodeo this Thursday, May 17th from 3-5pm at the Cook County Community Center.

Bring your bike, helmet and permission slip!  Permission slips are required and are available from the schools, Boreal, and at the Rodeo.  If you need a helmet, you can use a loaner helmet at the Rodeo and take home a coupon for a reduced cost Specialized helmet and a professional fitting from the Superior North Outdoor Store.

Volunteers needed!  Call Kristin for more information 387-2330.
